shocking service paid a big deposit made to wait several months then called and cancelled my order and no refund

They was so much to choose from but the store manager was so helpful and helped me choose the wright purchase.

Purchased a quality sofa bed for an affordable price. It’s yet to be delivered. The date has been arranged. We had a lovely staff member Ruby help us. She was really good at her job and put no sale pressure on us. We will be back in the future.

From start to finish we had excellent service from the staff in the show room and also the delivery drivers Sean and Andy.
So far we are very pleased with the beds we purchased.

Ruby from the Keighley branch was a great help in showing & explaining the benefits of the various beds & mattresses. The showroom was very well stocked & displayed which helped us deciding what to order.

Purchased a Bergen 2 mirror door wardrobe lovely piece of furniture when built .Terrible instructions but managed in the end .

From first choosing the products I wanted in the Keighley store Mohammed Ali couldn't have been more helpful. I gave him my budget and we looked at products in that range. He went out of his way to ensure that I got the delivery date I was depending on (visitors arriving!). Delivery was on time and efficiently done.
I chose the Eve Hybrid Uno mattress which comes rolled up - it sprang to life over 24 hours. I have not slept on it yet but it feels very supportive and I am sure will fit the bill. Overall a very good 'old fashioned' service from shop to delivery.

Felt comfortable browsing round.Sales assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable. Was advised to try different mattresses as not all the same.Bright clean and airy store. Plenty of variety on types and prices for all budgets. Purchased a full front ottoman bed with Igel mattress. Very pleased as only went in to look.

Bensons handled a guarantee claim really well and efficiently resulting in a new mattress being sourced very quickly with a hefty discount. Couldn’t do better.

From entering the store to the delivery of my bed, the experience was great. The assistant I store was very knowledgeable, and found me the correct bed for my needs. Everything was examined in detail. I was kept updated on my delivery with regular emails I was called half an hour before the delivery, and the guys that delivered my bed were brilliant. I would recommend Bensons for Beds.

Excellent service from purchase in the shop to delivery and installation. The lady in the shop was knowledgeable about her product. The admin kept me informed of order progress and the delivery team were smart, professional, cleaned up and took all the rubbish away. 5 Stars all the way to everyone involved.

I purchased The Exquisite Headboard and a Staples Ottoman Base from a great range of products.
The quality is superb ! It looks amazing and is very sturdy.
The drivers were fabulous , quick to assemble and respectful in my home (even though it's in the middle of renovation) they took theyre shoes off at the door without being asked and was very professional.
I will certainly buy from here again
