The assistant in the kendal branch was very helpful, made purchasing the bed a very slick and satisfying process, she ensured that the delivery day suited our needs precisely.
On delivery the communication was excellent. We were able to track the delivery online, the delivery staff called about an hour ahead. When they arrived the were very polite and pleasant and respectful with our new bed and divan. Steve and Michael i think they were called.
A very satisfactory excellent round.

The staff both in the shop and on the delivery were very helpful. Being able to test the mattress in the shop was very useful.The removal of the old bed was something we felt was essential. We are very pleased with the bed and how it looks. Really comfortable and having great nights sleep.
