We were upstairs in the shop looking at…
We were upstairs in the shop looking at beds and ready foe buying we looked for a shop assistant for 20 mins up stairs and had to go down. The the assistant down stair to which he was not very helpful at all and very short with his answers we bought the bed. And we have been and bought beds before but with the customer service I received this time I wod find you hard to recommend

Really quick, easy process because of great staff
Really smooth, easy process. The staff member that helped us was brilliant, friendly, helpful, honest, and actually offered us an option we didn't know existed. Really really happy with our buying experience.
Without the staff member it would have taken us a lot longer and we'd have ended up buying something not quite perfect for our needs.
