Very helpful and we’re the only retailer to tell us about 4 hour parking which saved us a parking fine, so thank you to the sales man and manager, as for your satisfaction about help and information about my purchase ie mattress. Easy shopping experience with friendly and helpful staff in store. Arranged delivery and followed up with reminders of the delivery date & estimated 2 hour window. Delivery driver contacted on the day to give us an estimated arrival time which was within the window estimated. Very happy with the service all round & so far quality of products seems great & hopefully built to last!
