Excellent service
Sales person, Jo, gave us excellent service. She tested us with their computerised special bed to see which mattress firmness would suit us. She gave us plenty of time to look at beds and lots of information as well.
We came away feeling very satisfied with ordering our replacement mattress.

Benson's sales staff were great
Benson's sales staff were great. In the store in Newport isle of wight we had great service at point of sale. The issue came with delivery. We were over communicated to via automated emails of the progress of the bed's build and shipping, so we're too confident the delivery would be as the emails said . Unfortunately we were let down. We were told AM delivery , even given a slot between 950am and 1150am, only to be left all day until 330pm when it was finally delivered. No regard to our wasted day or the inconvenience of waiting those extra hours. We were told one of the delivery guys hurt his knee that day when they finally rang us to say they would be there in half an hour. Those excuses should have been saved for his employers. I have as much sympathy to him and his knee as Benson's for beds has for me sat at home waiting all day for a late delivery.
Sales staff were great though.
The bed itself is ok, little bit shabby on the construction of the divan base, I cut my finger on a staple that hadn't been checked was flush on the fabric, but other than that it was ok. The mattress is excellent though. Shame the whole thing was overshadowed by bad delivery service.

Single bed purchase
The mattress was wrongly priced on the sign on the bed compared to the checkout. Person who served us did honour the sign price but seemed reluctant to do so unless we scanned some QR code in the store so he could have a discount code to put on their computer. It took ages to get the discount code until i stood in the middle of the carpark to get mobile signal. Bed isnt delived yet so cant comment on delivery service yet

From start to finish, professional, friendly, helpful and great quality service and items. I have brought 3 beds and 2 bedside tables from them and 4 mattress protectors. All are high quality and well made.
