Really great customer service, and not pushy to try and sell. Takes you around the different types of beds (as per ask) and doesn’t try steering you towards the most expensive bed in the store.

A good shopping experience
A good shopping experience. The store representative was very helpful and attentive. He answered all our questions and showed us all we wanted to see in store, online and brochures. When buying we were made to feel comfortable and given all the details on delivery and dates. It was all so easy and uncomplicated, mainly due to the store representative who had a pleasant manner, courteous and helpful in order to meet our requirements. A pleasurable experience - 5 stars
