A great experience
As an experience this was excellent. You do not buy a bed and mattress very often so we were somewhat nervous. But the sales man was excellent welcoming and helpful. His knowledge was excellent and his willingness to allow testing was great. We bought a bed and mattress the experience was excellent

best of the bunch
We visited 3 bed retailers in one afternoon and Bensons was far and away the nicest experience. We were very shown exactly what we were looking for and at a much better price than offered elsewhere. The only let downs were the automatic addition of £100 insurance by the salesman which he didn’t ask if we wanted but that’s probably standard practice and getting my contact details wrong even though I gave them 3 times. Overall we are very happy with the transaction, let’s hope the bed proves to be good quality and last for many years.
