Very good experience. Bed is beautiful with functional storage and mattress is very comfortable.

One of worst experience and Zero customer service.I bought a mattress worth £1000 and after 6 months it dipped down from the middle as I complained and attached some photographs which were not enough for them.They asked me a big questionnaire and also asked me a big list “to do things “ to prove that I am telling the truth which is very uncomfortable and hectic.Was that not enough that a customer can’t sleep at night and wakes up with broken ribs.Even the mattress has 8 years warranty with it.Mr Waqas (the customer representative) doesn’t have skill to listen and satisfying customers but trying to prove them wrong.I would say never buy anything from them(B4B)coz they don’t have their own products just selling others. Dont recommend them at all

I was looking for a really good double mattress. I visited the Oldham branch. Colin who works there certainly knew his stuff and with his help I bought a new mattress.

An excellent service from visiting the store through to delivery. The store assistant could not have been more helpful in choosing a bed for our grandson’s sleepover room and we were kept fully informed of the progress of our order by email and text. The delivery crew were friendly and efficient and assembled the bed in the specified room. Again, an excellent service.

Our sales lady was very helpful. Showed us lots of different mattresses. No pressure and wasnt rushed.

Excellent service from the start at the Oldham store, attentive, listened to our needs and helped select the right mattress, otterman divan and headboard.

In addition the delivery guys were excellent. They were very professional taking care not to damage any of our new decorating when delivering the bed into our bedroom.

Just purchased a new mattress for my disabled daughter at the Oldham Elk Mill store. Shannon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped us choose the perfect mattress for my daughter who has an illness that effects her spine and joints.

Staff in the shop helpful but not pushy, friendly and professional. Delivery seamless, kept informed as to progress, actually arrived almost to the minute they said it would. Delivery staff also very friendly, polite and efficient, Overall am very impressed with the level of service.

Store very welcoming, spotlessly clean. Greeted by very pleasant young lady and given the space to browse at our pace.

Colin who came to us as we first entered the store in Oldham was very helpful . I explained that I had back problems and he went on to advise me which mattress might be suitable for me . He explained every thing thoroughly and I was very impressed how knowledgable he was . He said I was to try as many mattresses as I wanted and to take as long as I needed to make sure I chose the correct one . There was no high pressure sale, which was great . I must have been in the store for over an hour .
