Amazing In store customer service! Very informative, 8months on and my bed still looks just as good as the day it arrived.. mattress is amazing some days I literally struggle to get out of bed because am just wayyyy to comfy ..Highly recommend!!

Shannon at the Elk Mill branch was very knowledgable, she was also very friendly and helped us to find the best bed for us.

From looking round in the Oldham store, nothing was to much trouble, the managers genuinely helpful with the knowledge with different mattress's to chose from. to customer service on the phone. The delivery guys were very friendly and worked well together as a team. They went the extra mile.

Bought two single mattresses today at Elk Mill Oldham. The service and attention we received couldn't have been better. After the initial acknowledgement that we were in the store we were left to browse without being pestered and after trying out several mattresses we asked for assistance and were treated to excellent service from Owen. He was pleasant,knowledgeable and didn't pressure us in any way. Everything was explained to us very clearly and the whole process was simple and hassle free. 5 gold stars from us.

Ordered the German made wardrobe in June the staff at the Oldham store were brilliant could not do enough to help. The wardrobe was made in Germany so had to wait for delivery after being built. It was delivered and put together on the 3rd September by bensons staff. Again brilliant service.
All in all 10/10 for all the staff involved and the wardrobe is class

Both members of staff that helped me were excellent. They were informative and not pushy leaving me time to think about what I wanted to do then when I returned a few days later a different member of staff was able to process my order quickly because details had been stored.

Anthony was a fantastic sales guy, he explained all the differences between a Hypnos mattress and a Staples & Co mattress.
He answered all the questions that I asked him and went into great detail about both products.
I would highly recommend Anthony and his team at Bensons for Beds at Elk Mill Oldham, you will not be disappointed.
