It was a long time since I had ordered a new bed but my son had purchased from Bensons and he recommended it was where I should go.
I was nervous as buying a bed had changed since my last experience. Barry was so helpful and put me completely at ease and explained how the various mattresses worked. Would have no hesitation in recommending Bensons.

Lindsey was fantastic and let us chat amongst ourselves. Very friendly and informative and when we came back into store at 5.50pm to go over some pricing. Lindsey and her colleagues stayed way beyond closing time to work out our figures. Above and beyond and we weren't even buying at this stage. I was so impressed that I couldn't buy from anywhere else after that and went back the next day to make a purchase. Excellent customer service.
