Wonderful experience in Paisley store with sales colleague, Heather very kind and attentive and patient. We were able to test the products eventually we bought through her considerable knowledge, expertise and interaction with us. I had a brilliant experience from start to finish when I purchased my bed from Benson's in Paisley.
The salesman (Andy - if I remwember his name correctly) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and freindly.
The communication thereafter was brilliant - emails and text updates on the status of the order and confirmation of delivery were helpful and timely.
The delivery team were brilliant: efficient, helpful and friendly - Patryk and Phil.
Overall, it was a greater than five-star experience and I cannot recommend Benson's enough. Thanks to all the team!

Great experience
Great experience, glad we chose this company for our new mattress. We had knowledgeable staff to help us choose a mattress that was suitable for us. The price was also within our budget. The mattress is of great quality and is very comfortable. The customer service was great, from the team at the store to the mattress being delivered within the time quoted. It was a fast, efficient, reliable service from start to finish. I would definitely highly recommend.
