We have just visited Benson for beds at Marsh Mills Plymouth.
Phillip saw us enter the shop and approached us in a very pleasant manner. Phillip then spent at least an hour showing us various beds without any sales pressure. We asked about Hypnos, he even showed us cheaper mattresses. He explained the differences with all the beds, he was very knowledgeable. Defo worth a visit if you’re looking for a bed. Nice one Phillip!

I recently visited Bensons For Beds and had a positive experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing useful advice without any sales pressure, which made the shopping process comfortable. Although there was a small hiccup with missing headboard bolts, they promptly resolved the issue. The estimated delivery time was longer than I hoped, but the quality of the bed and mattress made it worth the wait. Overall, I would recommend Bensons For Beds for their excellent customer service and support.

We decided to go back to the beginning where we got our first bed, some 25 year's ago.
Ann & I were treated like Royalty & we met the same guy who served us back then, the lovely lass who served us put together a great deal for value,
& We were both pleased with the results.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I wasn't pushed into buying to much and was given the space to think about my options.

Friendly staff with no pressure, unlike some of the competition.
Only nag was the headboard bolts were missing when delivered.
This was rectified quickly

The sales assistant was helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble.just before j payed for our purchase I asked when expected delivery was and was disappointed to hear it would be 12-14, I continued with my purchase as I loved the bed and mattress I chose ..

Very good service from clearly experienced and professional member of staff. Nothing rushed and salesperson (Phillip) explored every possibility for us.

Firstly the service of the lady (Victoria) was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble.
When I phoned up to make an enquiry about the height of the bed the gentleman, that I spoke to was of the same quality he did not hesitate to measure the height and he was as pleasant as Victoria, nothing was too much trouble. I will shop there again.Thank you both for your assistance.
