We saw an overnight improvement in our quality of sleep and no more sore backs in the morning! We should have invested in a quality bed sooner considering how much time you spend in it ! They were brilliant
They were brilliant, our driver/delivery man was Gary Pritchard and he was lovely, on the day it was raining and obviously I did let him know that he didn’t need to take his shoes off, however every time he came in he took his shoes off, but he was so carful with our bed and mattress and was brilliant

Mattress purchase
The showroom was well stocked and the sales staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. We were happy with our choice of mattress. The delivery service was exceptional from start to finish. John and Craig were careful and friendly with our new mattress delivery and removal for recycling of the old mattress. We are very happy with Bensons from purchase to delivery and would use them again in the future.

Good all round service from the actual buying to the final delivery & assembly very pleased with the service - even though the delivery date was changed by Bensons at the last minute which meant that we had to also change other appointments which was rather inconvenient.

Great Service at Portsmouth Store
After a disappointing experience with another major mattress retailer, we were extremely pleased with the service we received from Bensons for Beds.
Ryan at the Portsmouth branch took the time to listen to exactly what we were looking for and provided expert advice without any pressure. He carefully explained the different options available and helped us find a mattress that perfectly suited both our requirements and budget. We came away with a mattress we probably wouldn't have considered ourselves, but after trying it, it felt incredibly comfortable and was exactly what we were looking for.
The whole experience was professional, friendly, and customer-focused from start to finish. We would highly recommend Bensons for Beds Portsmouth to anyone looking for honest advice and excellent service.

Amazing experience
Amazing experience, Ryan the guy in the shop listened to what i wanted and picked out the perfect bed for me.
The delivery guys were amazing to set it all up for me and took the rubbish with them.
I highly recommend Benson for beds.

When we purchased the bed
When we purchased the bed, head board and mattress at the Portsmouth store I wrote a review and was so pleased with the sales person Darren , his attitude, manner and professionalism it was faultless, I finished the review by saying I hope the delivery and set up goes as good as the store, Well I am very pleased to say it was faultless, Carl the delivery man phoned just like they said it would happen half a hour before they would arrive , again very professional, polite.i can’t sing the praises of Bensons enough, they were fantastic from sales to delivery.
