I recently purchased a wardrobe from your store online and I wanted to share my feedback.

Excellent bed and easy to put together

After exceeding our previously informed 10 year warranty on our old mattress that was in fact only 5 years, we found ourselves back at Bensons for beds in Ruislip. We were met by the most personable and knowledgeable gentleman called Ali, who was beyond helpful. Many sales people can be impatient and dishonest, but Ali was humble, honest and generous with his knowledge and pretzel sticks whilst he aided us in the order of our replacement mattress. Its a shame that they’re closing the Ruislip store and moving to Staples Corner, but Ali, you’re going to be a loss to Bensons for beds. We wish you every success on your future endeavour. Good things happen to good people.

Great personal service. The salesman was very polite, attentive and he had good advice. We laid on a diagnostic bed which provided information to help us choose the right mattress for us. Having purchased the mattress, he told us to visit the Benson website for the sale on the Wednesday for potential extra discount - we did and got an extra 25% which was refunded immediately!

Very good understanding of the products.
The staff could answer most of questions of the products.
The help staff was excellent in guiding and not rushing in making a decision.
The store had good selection of product.

The staff at Bensons Ruislip were very helpful and friendly - and not pushy.
Our only slight disappointment was that it was a six week delivery time.

Ali was a fantastic help to both my mum and me. He was very trustworthy and reliable and a great asset to Benson. I would recommend speaking to him if you go there.

I was looking for a new mattress and had two possible suppliers to pick from; bensons and Dreams. I chose Bensons because when I asked if they also sold mattress disposal bags the salesman went out back to their storage room and found one and gave it to me for free, he wouldn't accept any payment for it. This was despite knowing that I was going to be visiting dreams to see what they had to offer. When I came back to the shop he went out of his way to help me in my choice of mattresses all the while giving me good honest advice and not trying to push the more expensive mattresses my way. He was friendly and very patient. An excellent service all round. I was able to recognise this because I once worked for a company called the Bed Centre mainly as a delivery driver but also occasionally as a sales rep in the south ruislip store. I decided not to tell him of my experience in the trade to ever he'd be. I needn't have bothered, he struck the right balance of making the sale and doing the best possible service for me, the customer. I can't recommend them highly enough, you'll get great service and a great product that you actually need and not the one they want to sell you for the highest profit. A rarity in today's marketplace. Well done Bensons!

Things were explained clearly and with more understanding

The lovely lady the helped us make the final decision was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I would have given five stars for her alone but I think the beds are quite overpriced.
