Shelly made our shopping experience feel very relaxed from the moment we entered the store.she was able to answer all our questions and didn’t pressurise us to make a purchase .The product appears to be very good quality for the price including a competitive insurance and delivery . We were able to pick our delivery date and left feeling satisfied we had made the right choice to meet our needs .

The staff were helpful
The staff were helpful, knowledgeable and unobtrusive, they let us look around and try all the beds in our own time and we bought a new mattress

Bed purchase
Purchased a bed for our daughter from the Archer Road store. Richard was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy at all. Really good customer service and some good offers in store.

Poor in store experience good online
Very poor in store, incredibly dismissive and pushy. Told us it would be weeks and weeks until anything could be delivered (not the case when ordering online)
Good website, would prefer to see available dates prior to paying as this could be far from how long it 'estimates'
