Gary made our experience great! Not pushy, but he was friendly, polite and helpful. He made the effort to talk things through with my son, as the bed we were buying was for him. He took the time and the trouble to try and find what we were looking for. Thanks 👍🏻 Gary was great!

very helpful great knowledge on products he was selling and gave us the time to pick the right mattress for us. We have not received the mattresses yet as we’ve only just made the order but so far so good well done.

Went to purchase an ottoman bed at the Shrewsbury store. Sandi was amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly. Took us through all the options available. Never felt like she just wanted to get us signed into the dotted line and on to her next customer (Dreams should take note!)
Had fun trying the beds. Would highly recommend.

The one thing that made my experience special was our sales advisor Sandi , we bought a mattress and she put us at ease straight away , answering our many questions and treating us like individuals . We went down to Benso competitor and compared prices and overall experience and went back to Bensons . It was much better deal and more choice , we will definitely be using Bensons again 😁

The gentleman who served us was very patient with me as I knew what I didn't want but I didn't know what I wanted. He showed us loads of options and made it no pressure when we said we wanted to discuss our options. When we came back he was very happy to help us again and showed us how to get the best offers and make a joint decision on which mattress as both me and my partner have different sleep styles and mattress preferences. He said he has been there over two decades and the experience showed. We had tried other bed stores and this one was most engaging and friendly for my incredibly indecisive nature.
