I was looking for a nice mattress for myself and ended up visiting Benson for beds in Solihull. They got a good collection of mattresses and I managed to order what I was looking for. The team members were cooperative, especially Olivia and Catherine who helped me in every possible way and provided all the information I needed. Thank you

Excellent service
The wife and I purchased an electric king sized bed from the Solihull store and we had a very friendly and knowledgeable assistant called Ryan who explained everything you possibly needed to know about this bed which helped us come to the decision to purchase this bed, thanks Ryan.

We visited both the Redditch and Solihull store a few days ago to look at a variety of different mattress brands. We found the team at both locations to be very friendly , welcoming and knowledgeable. We ended up ordering a bed at the Solihull branch with Gill but Julia at Redditch was great too.

We wandered into store not knowing what we wanted having no real knowledge of bed mattresses etc! We met Catherine, a super smart and experienced lady who took us under her wing and was amazing - we bought a number of items - best customer service I’ve had in a very long time- well done!

Fro the time I entered their store in Solihul I was greated by a sales man who was not pushy. I needed new matresses for an adjustamatic bed and wasnt sure if they could help. He identified the three that could be used andthen left me to try and decide. It was my medical condition which fialised my choice and then he explained the different choices. Excellect hadf actually got the same one as I chose so could explain that it might take time to get accustomed to. Very pleased with my purchase and it has improved my sleep and helped with my condition.
