Not worth thew hassle! Very difficult to change or return mattress if not up to standard/spec. Refuse to return and refund. Also charge to change the mattress. Their customer service assistant at store made it sound it was easy to change or return but left out the fact they charge to change and DO NOT allow returns!

I have recently purchased bed frame and mattress. I was greeted by friendly staff at the Solihull branch. My experience was good and I was satisfied with the quality of the mattress and bed frame as we had the same ones on display that I needed. Best time to buy any mattress and bed frame as Benson for beds are offering a good discount as well Blue light card which was helpful. Thanks to all the staff especially Oliva who served us. Very professional and polite and helpful.

Excellent service. Large variety of mattresses to try and feel. Excellent competitive prices. Good advice and explanation. It is really highly recommended especially Solihull branch where Steve was helping and encouraging to try different makes to feel and comfortable.

We were served by a friendly and helpful Steve in the Solihull showroom. He pointed out the various mattresses available, but then left us alone to inspect them. He touched base with us a couple of times but without crowding us. Was able to provide informed answers to our queries. This certainly made the purchasing experience comfortable. We were offered several delivery dates and were subsequently kept fully informed of the order progress.
We received a respectful reminder phone call on the day that the balance of payment was required.
Being able to track the progress of the delivery vehicle on the day was very useful. Delivery was made within the scheduled slot by 2 very friendly gents.

We were greeted by Jess who was very pleasant & helpful. She showed us to the bed we were interested in buying & left us to try the various mattresses out. There was no pressure to purchase, so while we walked around the store we saw some bed side tables which we liked & ordered one.
All in all a pleasant shopping experience.

Terrible customer service. Refuses to admit error. Make you run around in circles. No complaints procedure in place. Customer service redirects you back to the store who you had a dispute with in the first place.

Please use another company there are many many around the customer service and the item we received is shocking.
I am still trying to speak/contact the customer service department for them to explain why the item we received after ordering April 2025 came in August 2025 with broken glass completely on the draw and no draw knobs and the wrong glass in the 2 out of 3 doors. we only ordered a wardrobe - simple you would imagine.
We paid for fitting of the wardrobe that was another experience. It took 3 men to carry 2 boxes up the 3 flights of stairs !! that was after them refusing initially on the 2nd visit. No contact number for the fitting company to complain ! went through the store to be told its out of there hands.
so now as of today we are waiting until September 17 th for the other parts to be delivered and then fitted .. so that's 5 weeks after the wardrobe was delivered.
No sorry you have lost money on wages because of failed deliver dates or the fact that the fitter would not fit the wardrobe on the first/ second visit no sorry we smashed the glass on the draws when it finally got delivered ( but do you have any celoptape) so the glass doesn't cut us .. no sorry that we have to wait 5 more weeks after delivery for the replacement parts so that's another day off work... I wish we had gone some where else. My partner was for getting a refund but that's more time off work and inconvenience. Never never again Benson for beds !! I have emailed customer services twice and now waiting on a reply.

The gentleman that served us was attentive, informative and knowledgeable. The only criticism would be directed at his colleague, who barged her way into our meeting when we were proceeding to order. She was unmannerly , rude, and ignored two further customers who visited the store wanting instead to remain in our company. Myself and my mum both agreed we nearly didn’t complete the order as it felt like pressured selling. The gentleman serving us handled her politely and she got the message to leave him complete his transaction.

Misleading pricing, chosen bed showed a price and when ordered it became a different price. No indication on the ticket that the ottoman was dearer.
Also overcharged £40 when making payment by card. Need to return to Solihull to sort out refund.
