We turned up at 5pm at the end of a long day looking to buy a bed and a mattress and Aimee in Southport couldn't have been more helpful in advising us what would be best for us. Wonderful staff and store - thanks Emma
Spontaneous visit because my partner suffers with a bad back! Emma was polite and knowledgeable and honestly such a wonderful advisor. Good Humoured and witty so much so we forgot we were in a store 🤣.
Really appreciated the help with purchasing a new mattress otherwise we would’ve been lost!

Lots of choice, lots of good advice, no over selling, seamless service and communication end to end. Delivery guy noticed a mark in bed head and arranged a replacement there and then. Was able to keep the original until its replaced. Thanks Bensons.

From start to finish I.e buying it in the shop to delivery was first class. Lady in shop was very informative and helpful, and delivery men were efficient, friendly and helpful.

Emma helped us buy our beds and choose our mattresses for our first home. Emma made this experience stress free for us and ensured we were well informed. Emma has a wealth of knowledge about the items we were buying which gave us peace of mind!
Emma also shown us how to us the bed finder to help us choose the bed mattresses and offered the care plans that aid in the longevity of our beds.
