We ordered a mattress and the mattress protector but the mattress protector was not delivered. I realized this after the delivery person had left. I called him and he said that he will return to deliver the mattress protector but he never returned.
Later I got in touch with Bensons Beds and they asked me to collect the mattress protector from the Tottenham store. I went to the Tottenham store and they did not have the mattress protector.

Had a really great experience with Bensons for Beds. The staff were so helpful, didn’t rush me at all, and there was no pressure to buy. Communication was spot on, and the delivery date was exactly as promised. The delivery guys couldn’t have done more—really friendly and careful. All round, just a really good experience.

We bought a firm Staples mattress from Bensons for Beds.

After trialing a £1,200 hybrid mattress from Simba for 2 months, we had to return it because we didn't feel relaxed in the morning. We decided to go to the shop to sample the mattresses on offer instead of buying another mattress online.

The store manager took time to introduce different mattresses from different brands to us. He was very knowledgeable, answering all our questions. He gave us plenty of time to sample the mattresses we shortlisted in the store. After we decided on our choice of mattress, the sale transaction was done efficiently and a delivery date was given to us.

Bensons for Beds kept us informed throughout on delivery progress and the mattress was delivered to our bedroom with care on the day.

Overall, I am very happy with the experience of buying our mattress from Bensons for Beds. They give you a five star service compared with buying online.

Visited the store as I was looking for a new supportive king size mattress to replace my existing one which I've had for many years and now requires replacement. Visited Bensons as I'm a previous customer - bought 4 beds from the former South Ruislip store (which is now a Lidl carpark) over a period of 20+ years. I returned to Bensons as I've always been happy with the selection, quality, price and customer service and the store I used was local to me. This time I visited the Staples Corner store as I was in the area at the time visiting other stores and a slight twinge of backache reminded me I need to replace my mattress. The saleman Sanjay was polite, friendly and helpful - not pushy. I explained my requirements and budget and he directed me to a nunber of mattresses to try out - think I tried 6 in total - which enabled me to select the mattress that felt the most comfortable and supportive and was in my anticipated budget. The products available in the store were I felt, competitively priced and of good quality. The recycling service offered for my existing mattress is a very useful service as it will dispose of my existing mattress on the day my new one is delivered. In all very happy - 5 star all round - and no hesitation in recommending

Great service from the start to delivery and assembly. Amit at the Staples Corner branch showed us the mattress suitable for our bodies and also compared a few mattresses. He allowed time for us to make the best decision. The delivery team's communication, delivery and assembly was on point.

I ordered 2 Dunlopillo Super comfort pillows from Bensons for the first time and it must be my last too. The quality of these expensive pillows are seconds. The manager told me that they are from a new manufacturer. I did ask for a refund since one of them is very poorly made, but in fact both pillows are not prime quality products. I have been using these Dunlopillo for over twenty odd years these are my third replacements over the years. The manager said they cannot refund and they never refund. He would only replace another one. I opened this replacement with him in the shop and found the same problem! The structured holes for the airflow are not cut clean they are rather smeared obscured holes all over. The sad thing is that I have to accept the poor quality of these products because they don't refund. I will never shop with them anymore.

We ordered a single ottoman bed along with a flip mattress for our 12yr son from the Staples Corner Benson store. Special thanks to Mr Sanjay, who patiently explained all the available bed and mattress options and accommodated our changes without any hesitation. The service and delivery was excellent and on time, and the products are of great quality. Overall, a very smooth and pleasant buying experience. Highly recommended.
