From the time I went into the Stirling store I received great help. they could not have been more helpful,honest. professional and knowledgeable.
The delivery was exactly on schedule and communication perfect.
I decided to change the mattress which once more the staff were extremely helpful with and delivery was perfect.

Customer service has been spot on every time we have been into any Bensons for Beds. However, the products they sell, not so much. Purchased a Staples mattress from Bensons around 4-years ago, since then, the mattress has settled around 40mm in the two laying positions.

Mattress has a 10-year guarantee and when the technician came out to review the mattress, the outcome was that it had to settle another 10mm for it to be eligible to be replaced. Currently the dips are fairly substantial and it’s relatively uncomfortable to sleep. So won’t be buying another Staples mattress and potentially may take business elsewhere from Bensons as they didn’t seem to have much influence over the manufacturer as a 3rd party seller.

Amazing service love this store the staff are great.Davie showed us the electric ottoman.Absolutely a no brainer.My previous were storage minus electric too heavy a was scared it would fall me.We find this simpler and no accidents as the platform is with Electric hidrauylic and is remote control.which is amazing.
We purchased another they are so good lots of storage.Flick of a switch.Also the previous delivery took bed away, erected .the bed electrics too.And disposed of my previous divan.All round Bensons great service.

We visited the branch in Stirling to look for a new bed for our daughter’s bedroom. Carol was excellent. She greeted us straight away and asked us questions to find out exactly what we were looking for. She showed us different options for frames and mattresses and my daughter got to try them out. My daughter made her choice and we made the purchase. Carol made the experience very pleasant and her service was first class. Thank you!

Walked into the shop in stirling just for window shopping and viewing my options for a bed and i got attended to be an exceptional lady -Carole. I ended up buying a bed . She was great with us , took out time to explain the options. Bed got delivered and set up perfectly. Great experience .

Carol was very helpful, knowledgeable & the friendly welcoming kind of staff you love to deal with when buying anything never mind something as personal as a new mattress!

As a business owner I don’t write a negative review lightly, but the level of ineptitude from bensons customer service team is astounding. My husband and I recently purchased an expensive TV bed from bensons and paid extra for installation and set up, and ironically a damage protection package.

On arrival the installation team diagnosed an inherent fault with the TV, having attempted to trouble-shoot it over their support line, and promised a new one would be ordered. Two weeks later I chased bensons who denied any issue with the TV, blamed it on our WiFi, and instructed us to do more trouble-shooting and to contact the installation company. After explaining the situation again I was told they wouldn’t speak to me because my husband’s name was on the order. He gave them permission to speak to me and they’ve gone silent.

I’ve asked for a refund as this is actually ridiculous. The problem was identified by the installation they appointed, so now been sitting with a ‘TV bed’ with no working TV for almost a month.

Bensons, kindly come and collect your bed and give us a full refund so we can buy a bed from a more reliable provider.
