Very happy with the service from Bensons For Beds at Festival Park. We were looking for an unusual sized mattress and were encouraged to try the relevant ones as much as we liked. Amanda made sure the sizing was correct, gave us lots of information on mattress construction and what to look for. Staff also made us aware of all the offers available on the day.

Great service throughout from the shop we brought the bed from to the delivery. The sales staff helped us with selecting the right mattress to suit our needs to organising payments and delivery date. The mattress arrived on time and the delivery staff either took shows off or put shoe protectors on. Lovely service.

Very Professional and friendly

Bed came on time
Bed came on time, drivers were polite and took shoes off without even asking, they were quick, and tidy! The store and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable when we were choosing are new bed. Would definitely recommend them.

Buying a new mattress
When shopping: helpful and patient.
Delivery. Fine except they said the message not to phone me never reached them.
Now getting used to new type of mattress.
The main problem was that the full range not available in Shrewsbury so I had to make the awkward journey to Stoke on Trent, for which public transport not available.

New Mattress
From the moment we stepped into the shop right up to delivery we have received an exceptional service. We had help choosing the right mattress for us. Delivery was faultless. Exactly as advised. Given time slot within 2 hour window and delivery guys were well within the time window and left it exactly where I asked. They were friendly and respectful of my property. Would recommend Bensons to anyone.
