From entering the shop I was greeted warmly. Given time to look around and when I asked the sales associate Lynn questions about a bed she was very knowledgeable and this was very reassuring. I was then supported to purchase the bed and delivery dates organised.
The delivery service kept in contact and dropped off with care.

Great store and very helpful staff, we were greeted by a lovely lady Linda who was so helpful and knowledgeable, nothing was a problem! 1st shop we went into and never had to go anywhere else. Very quick delivery time which is great!

If I could rate it zero I would
If I could rate it zero I would. Their 40 night guarantee doesn’t exist, we have been trying for several months now to exchange our mattress as it’s very uncomfortable and we are getting no where. Their customer service is like talking to a robot and they have been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Do yourself a favour and avoid these cowboys, shouldn’t be allowed to false advertise and get away with it.

Great customer service
Needed a new bed base and went to the Uddingston store. Had a look at the base I had seen online and was then approached by a member of staff (Maureen) who discussed what I was looking for and showed me the type of bases I was interested in. She directed me to a suitable base which was a bit cheaper than the one I had been thinking about. Since it didnt seem to be any different I agreed to the purchase. Got what I wanted and saved a few quid. The ordering process was done with a good bit of chat making me feel that the staff cared that I was happy with the experience. All of the T&Cs were explained to me and a suitable date was arranged. The follow up has been excellent and happy to give a review.

I recently visited Bensons for Beds in Uddingston and was really impressed with the service. I ordered a vegan mattress and cooling pillows, and while I haven’t received the items yet, I wanted to highlight the excellent in-store experience.
Lynn, the sales associate, was absolutely fantastic — very informative, friendly, and helpful. She took the time to explain all the options clearly and made the whole process feel relaxed and straightforward.
Looking forward to receiving my order and based on the service alone, I’d definitely recommend.
