Outstanding service at Weston SuperMare…
Just visited the Weston SuperMare branch and bought a mattress of the outstanding Irfan who really was an excellent ambassador for your company. He listened to what we thought we wanted and then explained all about the options and we ended up going with his recommendation. Would heartily recommend Irfan at Weston.

Great service - highly recommended
Great service in store from Owen at Weston Super Mare, very knowledgeable, helpful and no pressure. Great interest free credit offer and prices for brand name quality. Helpful order progress updates, delivery was within 2 weeks, on time and as promised. Friendly delivery team exercised care delivering upstairs through tight spaces, assembled new bed and took away the old one. What a great experience - sets the standard for others to follow. Our second purchase with Bensons after having shopped around again. Delighted with the bed so far.

Bensons mattress purchase
Helpful, informative & welcoming sales staff member in my local store. I was kept well informed by Bensons of estimated delivery date & time slot, with a means to track progress of such. I was phoned the day before to check if I was happy with the eta of my mattress & on the due day to say the mattress would be with me very soon. Delivery team efficient. All went well.
