Didn't wait for packaging
The package was delivered to our upstairs bedroom and I started to undo the cardboard and asked the delivery man who was taking a photo of the box if he should wait for me to check the sofa bed before he left and he said no and left me to it, now we are left with 2 big cardboard boxes to get rid of and after reading the delivery charter this packaging should have been taken away had the men waited while I unpacked and checked the item and offered to take it, not good service considering we had paid 39 pounds for delivery, we will now have to make a journey to a tip

Non pressure service
Got advice as we had an idea what we wanted. Not pressured or followed around the shop. Ian was very helpful and explained the difference between the mattresses. He was available for questions but let us have the time to try the different beds.
