Absolutely the best bed company ever

Staff were friendly and not over pushy. Overall the showroom was laid out to easily view products on display along with all of the relevant information clearly marked.
We asked various questions to salesman Gary who was polite and knowledgeable.
Are new bed was delivered the following week on the day and time as advised by helpful and courtesy team.

The sales advisor (Lauren) was very friendly, helpful, informative and made the whole experience tolerable. My wife went the day before while I was working to have a look as she knows it's not my cup of tea. Lauren helped us with in every way possible that you can think of and took time to understand our needs. I would definitely thinking of buying there again if Lauren dealt with us and helped us again

You have the very best, attentive and personable manager in that store in Simon. He was fabulous and made rhe experience brilliant from start to finish. We explained our requirements and Simon took so much time supporting us and showing us different options. (The right amount of options so not to cause confusion). We did not plan on actually buying a new mattress on this visit , we had gone for information and a look but after Simons support and brilliant customer service, we absolutely wanted to buy from him on that day. The saying "People buy from People" is so correct , we bought from the store that day because of Simon, he's a real credit to the company!

Things did not go well in the beginning but they resolved the situation in the end took too long to sort out in the beginning.

We were served in the shop by somene who cared about their job and were given a number of options. We returned the next day to place an order. The order arrived on the day specified. The delivery people were efficient in carrying the mattresses upstairs where they were required. Only had them a week so too early to comment on durabilty.

Brilliant found what we wanted and Lauren was brilliant! Her salesmanship was impeccable, very gentle and listened to what we were after and did benson for beds proud! Great representative for them!

Lauren in the Worcester bed centre was an excellent sales women, nothing was to much trouble she made our purchase enjoyable and matched us with the type of mattresses that suited us. We also looked at Dreams which was not in the same league as Bensons.
We are enjoying sleeping on comfortable beds after months on camp beds.

Neil was incredibly helpful at both of our visits to Bensons for Beds in Blackpole, Worcester. He demonstrated 3 sofa beds to us and was understanding that we needed to go away and consider our purchase before ordering.
