I went to Bensons for Beds because that firm had beds as their main sale item. Beds are their main line where otheer companies have beds as a side line. All i wanted was a new matress, bet Bendons for beds would be the place. I received excellent service from a very kowledgeable member of staff and quickly foud the matrass that I was looking for. The delivery date and time wer explained to me. The paperwork was easy. The delivery was on time and quickly undertaken. Very good all round experience.

Delivered a mattress that was not new and dirty and coming apart,even the driver was surprised that it was sent out without its protective corners on and the bed base was dirty.Both were sent back,but your returns depot told us initially told us"we weren't entitled to a refund",we purchased a pillow at the same time and were given a 10% discount, but we didn't get the refund on that item.

I was greeted by the sales person the first time and he was very helpful with explaining the differences between the beds and mattresses. The second time I was greeted by the manager who was also very helpful in providing advice on what bed and mattress would suit my need.

Left on behalf of my grandmother. Service from the store in Workington was second to none, Andrew served us brilliantly and advised me in the best mattress to buy and explained the differences so I could understand. I am currently in a wheelchair due to joint replacement surgery and he made sure I got out of the chair okay and made sure I was steady on my feet. Never had such excellent service for a bed in my life, the store was clean and tidy and really spaced well for wheelchair access.

Spent £3000 on a bed from these only…
Spent £3000 on a bed from these only found out a year later that the delivery guys had damaged the bed.As they hid it with the mattress on top you couldnt see it went to bensons for bedas they sent aomeone out to examine it who said he couldnt fix it under warranty so now stuck with a damaged bed whilst paying for it definately wouldnt reccomend buying any beds from this company

Wrong advice, wrong information, long lead time and poor products when they arrived. They also charged me to build the beds which the contractor does for free so they pocketed fee money. They wasn’t a choice for zero stars which would be my option
