Spent £3000 on a bed from these only…
Spent £3000 on a bed from these only found out a year later that the delivery guys had damaged the bed.As they hid it with the mattress on top you couldnt see it went to bensons for bedas they sent aomeone out to examine it who said he couldnt fix it under warranty so now stuck with a damaged bed whilst paying for it definately wouldnt reccomend buying any beds from this company

Lies and poor quality
Wrong advice, wrong information, long lead time and poor products when they arrived. They also charged me to build the beds which the contractor does for free so they pocketed fee money. They wasn’t a choice for zero stars which would be my option

The manager was lovely and couldn't do anymore for me while I was in the shop super friendly. And if he could help he would nothing was too much and he spent loads of time going through beds to get me the best deal.......will definitely be back again. Great service great guy.

Benson's for beds are very reliable.
The young man in the store was very helpful. I chose the bed and mattress I wanted. He in formed me the bed was out of stock and would take three months before delivery. I was happy with that and the bed arrived three months later.. The delivery went well, it was carried upstairs for me by the two delivery men
