Product is usually in stock and if not they tell you right up front. Product selection if excellent and quite tasty. I prefer pouches
as there is only the two of us. Great company to do business with and I highly recommend them.

They are not keeping me updated on the…

They are not keeping me updated on the status of my order. I get no answer when I call and the voice mail is full, so I can't leave a message. No answer to my email either. Order placed 2/14/20. Was told held up because freeze dried strawberries needed produced for a variety pail that I ordered, but they would be made on 2/25. Have not received anymore updates. Now I see the website says shipping may take 6 to 8 WEEKS! Would not have ordered if shipping took that long. Would tell them to cancel the unavailable product if I could get someone live on the phone. I wish I would have read other reviews before ordering

Disappointed

Website stated items were in stock when I ordered. Credit card charged immediately. Week later get an email stating none of the items I ordered were in stock. Very disappointed in your company.

Great items with many sale prices

Great items with many sale prices. The food arrives quickly and is good to have on hand for camping or emergencies like power outages or potential earthquakes.

Not going to be there when you need it.

I was directed to this company by a reputable source who I will not name but I will let know how I feel. I made an order, not a big one at all. After 3 weeks and a few emails stating there is a problem filling my simple order I decided to email them with questions. No reply in a week. So I chose to cancel the order. The only reason for two stars is the gentleman I spoke to was quite nice and my money was refunded ASAP.
A company that is supposed to provide emergency supplies should be more prepared o fill orders. Now that this country is in a true emergency I do not see them getting larger orders out to any new customer soon. My advice is buy a pressure canner, water bath canner and a dehydrator and make your own survival food. Might not be 25 year shelf life but it will be very healthy and it will be what you regularly eat.

When I called regarding my two (2)…

When I called regarding my two (2) orders that I placed on the 6 and 7 of February the man that answered was very rude and kept telling me you were behind because of the Pandemic and I would receive mine orders maybe by the first or second week of March.
Perhaps the reason for stalled shipments is not because of a Pandemic that is not HERE but, because of not being prepared and ready stock wise for all these "weekly sales" you have started. There are 14 cases to date and our President has issued additional procedures to aid in our protection.

Placed 2 orders

Placed 2 orders, both orders had problems and out of stock items. Even though items were in stock at time of purchase. 1st order The email stated there is a problem with your order, but doesnt state what the problem is, 2nd order there are out of stock items but doesn't tell you what items are out of stock. The contact us to open a ticket is a joke still waiting for a response.

I placed my in stock order 10 days ago.

I placed my order 10 days ago and everything showed in stock, but the order status still says processing. The really irritating part is that my card was charged within 24 hours of placing the order! What the heck is that? How do you charge someone before you are ready to pull and ship the order? That right there is why only 2 stars.

When I went to open a support ticket online I was bounced over to the Auguson Farms website to do so! After I submitted the form I was not given a ticket number so I have no way to track it.

Now even more interesting is this. On Sunday I ordered two #10 cans of Auguson Farms tomato powder from Amazon. Those showed up yesterday!

Today I called customer support at Emergencies Essentials and after ringing about 10 times I got a recording saying all agents were busy and to leave a message, then was transferred to an agent's line with another recording to leave a message which I did. That was an hour ago! Still waiting to hear back.

The very least they could do is to inform you BEFORE you order, how long it will take to process and ship! Simply saying orders may be delayed because they are busy is not an acceptable notification.

Although I got an email explaining there would be a delay in shipping my order, my card was charged anyway. That is a no-no. As of today I have not received my order, and no follow up. It has been 2 weeks. Also, I used my debit card for the ordering (big mistake) and it was hacked. Much inconvenience for that situation, as anyone knows, even if caught right away.

Love the food

Love the food, wish they had smaller cans or pouches for 2 people. Not all of us have kids or family around. Prices have gone up. Kind of hurts those of us on fixed income.

Great Experience

First time that we’ve ordered from here as we are starting to do a lot more with our food storage. Ordering was easy and everything was delivered within the time frame that they indicated. Happy with our experience.

Order to Receive time a disappointment

It has been 24 days since I placed my order, everything that I ordered stated it was in stock, and I have not received it yet. I got an email to reply to stating that I should contact them about my order. I got no reply back when I emailed. I tried calling and on the 4th time I was able to talk to some who told me that they were pulling the stuff off the shelves and should be shipped out soon, I went to the website to look at my order and it still says it is processing. I understand with the C-Virus that people are prepping and orders are high, but I did not order a whole lot. It is what it is. I probably will order from them again the first time I ordered from them were when things were calm and I got my order pretty quickly.
