They are the biggest rip off landlords, when you move in you can never get maintenance done, even having no hot water.
when I moved out earlier than my tendency ended they locked me out and did viewings. I couldn't get back in to finish cleaning etc. and they charged me for it out of my deposit
If you see a house let by them run away as far as you can.

Easy to start the renting process with but the hell started when I moved in. They didn't treat me like a customer but all the cared about was the money and peace and quiet on the Landlord's end. Many unresolved issues, property not prepared to be rented out, lack of compassion and interest, lies in terms of the Landlord's communication, Inc. my rental offer, rudness when situation started being serious, etc. Extremely bad experience. However, I might be unlucky just with people within this particular branch and/or the region.

No hesitation in recommending this team.

We selected them to help us sell our property because Pete (Branch Manager) seemed like a really approachable and honest bloke. He didn't try and tell us what we wanted to hear, instead, he was honest and up front with us, even if that meant he may not get the work while other agents made unrealistic promises. That is a valuable commodity.

Throughout the process Pete and Josh (who managed the sale) were prompt in responding to us and our conveyancer and extremely helpful and forthcoming to the buyers.

This is the worst agency I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Tricked us into signing (Agent Lee Richardson) by lying to us about works that would’ve been done in the property, then to have things done we had to chase Magda (even to get out deposit back it took us 3 months because she didn’t care - and her colleagues asked us to deal with the deposit scheme) and when tried to escalate with Lee-Anne the Manager she wasn’t even responding. they were unhelpful and we were stuck living in a dump with a moth infection for 6 months because of the break clause. Them with a combination of a petty landlord who was the cheapart person I have ever met , made us waste our money and our patience. Never again stay away. Poor is only a nice way to describe their service.

Beresfords has been excellent in finding me several great tenants, a wonderful source of advice over the years and tenacious, professional and experienced sales agents when I recently sold my buy to let property in a difficult market. I really cannot recommend them enough - all the staff members I was lucky enough to deal with were lovely, calm, efficient and empathetic. I felt in such good hands, and I will miss dealing with such a lovely team, headed up by the fantastic, trustworthy and reliable Pete. Thank you to you all for your excellent service.

This review is for Property Manager Magda Lima, she has been fantastic to deal with - she has always replied promptly to my many emails, and she worked effieciently to get us into the new property on the date we needed and worked with us with other complications we have had. Worth noting also - unlike other property managers - Magda managed all communication via email - this was greatly appreciated for multiple reasons but given current climate and working from home - taking multiple phone calls a day is not always feasible. Magda has seen to all enquiries we've presented to her - and all her efforts were greatly appreciated. given we had less than 2 weeks to get all paperwork completed and into the flat - cannot thank her enough.

Karina has been absolutely brilliant in helping myself and my friend move into our first rental property, totally new to the property ladder she explained everything clearly along with our 100 questions, gracefully answered. Rex also a great help to get things moving at the start. 10/10 would recommend

She was super friendly and provided me with the info I needed. The whole process went quickly and I was being updated on every step (from offer to reviewing the offer, offer sitting with the landlord, and then the final decision). Fantastic service by Lee Richardson who is the property consultant . From the start to the end of the consultation process he was been extremely efficient, professional and very proactive. Through the pandemic I was unsure things would run smoothly for us but Lee made it happen with his perseverance everything went perfect. Kept in contact , updating us throughout . He has taken the time to answer all my stupid questions. Super friendly and welcoming and nothing seemed like too much hassle.
He definitely stood out when negotiating our final offer with the landlord . Lee is an absolute credit to Beresford Residential’s team. He has a very good understanding of the market and approach his work with a high level of professionalism .
