We love your pans. We use them pretty much every day. Recently we purchased a new pan at a show but before use we noticed the lid was cracked. This wasn't covered by the warranty but The London China Company replaced lid without any fuss

Having had trouble with a frying pan I contacted BergHOFF worldwide and wasn't impressed with their response. However, I was subsequently contacted by Ricky and Jacquie from BergHOFF UK. The customer service I received from the UK office was exceptional. With explanations on the cleaning and keeping pans in optimal condition and replacing the Frying pan in question. Quick, caring and helpful service, highly recommended cookware and exceptional customer service.

I have a saute pan which is in use several times a week, it's so easy to clean after each use, but I had a query. Could I make jams and chutneys in the pan without compromising the lining with both heat and acidic fluids such as vinegar. The answer was very swift from Jacqui, yes is the answer, and with it came instructions on how to deep clean my pan. Product quality and service is excellent.

I had an issue with my frying pan where the non-stick was peeling off. I had to post the frying pan back to the distributors who inspected the pan. They replaced my pan quite quickly. They mentioned that on inspection, it appeared like some of the care instructions may not have been followed properly but they were still able to replace the pan. Great service!

I like my pots that I bought a number of years ago. I have three 15cm pans and just 1 lid left. Replacement lids are very reasonably priced and they were replaced very quickly by the company. They were wrapped up well and arrived safely.

I ordered a 7 piece set from Gardeners World Fair, however when it arrived there was a fry pan missing. I contacted the company and Jacquie at customer services contacted me promptly, apologising and saying one would be despatched on next delivery. It arrived couple of days later. Although I haven’t used the pans yet good customer service is always high on my list.

I have had amazing customer service from Berkhoff. I bought the X7 Elite processor at Goodwood food show after being impressed by the process to make ice cream. I also have a range of cookware from Berkhoff which I bought about 15 years ago that are still going strong, so I knew the company could be trusted. On first use I unfortunately broke the tamper stick and could not find a replacement on the web so asked the customer team for help. Jacquie was amazing and offered help immediately. I was very impressed by her. Thank you Berkhoff

I originally bought the fry pan and lid at the ideal home show. Their fry pans are of very good quality but pricey. One thing worth mentioning, always follow the care instructions rather than the way that some of the products are demonstrated at the show.

I ordered three sauce pans. Unfortunately only two turned up, so I contacted the company. Jacquie from customer service got back to me within half an hour, having looked into the problem she was able to resolve it immediately, and let me know the third pan would be dispatched the next day. Excellent service. The pans I received I would definitely recommend, as I've used them for years, can't fault them

The delivery was sent to my neighbour!
And when I a purchased the item the order information was 100 per cent correct. And what frustrates me even more - was that I was asked if I filled out the delivery instructions correctly!
And in fact the delivery label was incorrect-which was nothing to do with me.
Update- I’ve just read an email from Berghoff GB and appreciate the refunded postage-22/08/2025. Also I would just like to add that the pan I received was good and I’m happy with my purchase.
