Nicole has been brilliant! She is easy to contact if I’ve need information. When I was experiencing some mild side effects Nicole was very helpful and dealt with the issue straight away and changed my medication promptly

Excellent follow up appointment with Dr Anudha Dutta. I was worried about the follow up as I had left it longer from my last appointment than intended. Dr Anudha Dutta was very friendly, and very helpful, I felt listened to, and not only did I get a positive medication review, but many suggestions for life and work adjustments, which I have begun implementing and have made a significant positive impact to my life.

I decided to explore ADHD and the whole process has been very straightforward with Berkeley Psychiatrists. Dr Lucy Colbourne was great and put me at ease straight away. She was professional and clear and asked questions in a calm manner. I felt comfortable throughout.

Receptionist was friendly & efficient.
We were seen on time by Dr Georgina Chan & she was very warm and welcoming.
Discussed what answers were given on the questionnaires from both myself & the school. Observed my son while we were talking & spoke to him directly about some of the answers on the questionnaires.
My son felt very comfortable in the environment & was happy to wait in reception while we spoke privately.
A lot of information was discussed & he was given a diagnosis of Innattentive Adhd.
She is a very caring Dr who spoke to my son about the diagnosis and what it means. Gave him lots of praise & thoughtful words. Also discussed helpful videos on YouTube which are short and informative and useful websites.
Even though we went beyond our appointment time, nothing was rushed and came away feeling relieved that we had finally been helped.
Georgina kindly wrote to the school the next day, to inform the Head of Senco the diagnosis before the full report will be completed this week.
