Am having an amazing experience with the student advisor Aruna. She’s polite and respectful and takes her time to explain and solve my issues with me. She’s always giving me the assistance I need on my admission.

I am Currently working on my application process with Mr Julius Senyo from the BSBI team and i cannot speak for the others but he has helped this process be a lot easier than it after should be , any problems or questions that i have i just call or send an email and he immediately answers or replies within 10-30 minutes of the email. Im more than happy with the support I’ve received.

I have had a fantastic experience so far.
The admissions team is very proactive, my study advisor, Julius, is forth coming and super available. I can only imagine what the future holds :)

Pulla Madhuri is a wonderful individual who helps me with guidance about university and her nice behaviour.

Study organization is a mess,lectures are spread till late nights,there is no way you can work and study like the government expects you to provide for your basic needs cause one day you study whole day till 16:00 and the next day you study till 20:00 in the night leaving you with no window of time for any job to do,most unprofessional staff too.

I don’t really have any problem because my application is going very smooth and easy.
My advisor makes things clear for me to understand and progressing from one step to the other very effortless
He also make sure im not holding unto any question.

UPDATE :
Anyone looking to research if BSBI is suitable to study in, please do a thorough research and not just read all the 5 star reviews alone cos I feel they do this on purpose to pretty much make a visible difference, hence pumping up positive comments to white wash off the reality.
Also please check on the fact that embassies DO NOT recognise BSBI as an accredited university of Germany, hence your work visa conversion times may face challenges !! I have a few friends currently going through this tough phase and of course BSBI would not care.

My experience during studies here was acceptable. The teaching was reasonable and I have no major complaints about the academic side.

I say this so you understand that what follows is not bitterness — it is a factual account of what happens once you graduate and need this institution to function like one.

In January, I contacted this institution to request a replacement degree certificate — a document I urgently need for official purposes. It is now April 2026. Months later, nothing has been done.

I sent emails on 21 January, 2 February, 10 February, 25 February, and 30 March.

Five separate attempts to get a simple administrative process started. The only responses I received were two generic replies stating my message had been forwarded — with no case reference, no timeline, no next steps, and no actual human accountability. I had already contacted the same department directly myself, multiple times.

Not one person from the institution has taken ownership of this. Not one deadline has been given. A degree certificate — a legal document — has been treated as an afterthought by an institution that charged premium tuition fees to issue it in the first place.

What you need to know before you enroll:This institution is not recognised in Germany for visa conversion purposes. I know this not from hearsay but from personal experience — multiple former students I know personally have recently had their work visa applications rejected specifically because of this. They paid for an international education in Germany expecting it to support their future here. It did not.

If you are an international student whose goal is to build a career and long term life in Germany, verify independently — before paying a single euro — whether this qualification will actually be recognised for your visa and career goals. Verify it directly with the relevant German authorities yourself before enrolling.

One star.. is for lectures

My experience at BSBI didn’t start off perfectly, it was tough , the BSBI Visa Guidance Team frustrated me so much. So I came in with quite low expectations considering my admission process . However, the academic department completely changed that narrative for me.

The quality of teaching, the structure of the modules, and the level of engagement have exceeded what I initially anticipated. I’m currently enjoying my course and I have even taken on the role of a Course Representative, which has given me the opportunity to actively support and represent fellow students through the Student Council.

What stands out most for me is how the course encourages critical thinking and real-world application, especially in discussions around health systems and management.

Looking back, choosing BSBI has been a decision I’m genuinely happy with.

The Berlin School of Business and Innovation (BSBI) is among the better private colleges in Germany. The faculty and staff are experienced and genuinely strive to help students grow both professionally and personally. There are many events held throughout the year that students can take advantage of.

The student community is diverse; however, the majority are from Asian countries (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh), followed by students from African and other neighbouring European countries. The institution takes feedback seriously and makes an effort to improve while supporting students wherever possible.

Classes are typically held only two days a week, which allows students to settle in and support themselves while living in a new country. I would recommend studying here if you are considering a private university in Germany.
