Food great. Berriewood great but unfortunately the delivery isn’t great. Had problems with fedex delivering defrosted food.

Easy to use website, good delivery times. I ordered hay for my rabbit and it comes in smelling really fresh when you open the bag, even a week or 2 later. Never had a bad batch. It would be nice to have more longer stems in the hay as my rabbit loves them but that said it’s good fibre in it and the rabbit has a lot of chewing to do, plus side to keeping her teeth in good order. Would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

Basically FedDex F**ked Up bigtime.
One parcel at 7.59am 01/06/18
Other parcel went to Harlow.
Get home on the 01/06 to find 2nd parcel had arrived from Harlow, no notification,it was arrived at 13.00 and I collected t from neighbour @19.00pm.
Hot afternoon, and when opened, everything was a MUSH.
Next day, everything had to go down to the tip.

Will you be paying me for my time in doing that??

Tuesday 05/06/18.
New delivery expected before noon.
At approx. 12.40 phoned Berriwoods.
They said, according to the driver, he had tried to deliver at 11.50am
I had been waiting since 7.30am, and NO WAY , did the driver try to deliver at that time.
Eventually he returned at 14.50pm.
When I questioned him, he was VERY UNSURE of the times and basically " shot himself in the foot " .
Clearly he hadn't tried to make the delivery.

I hope that I have been fairly object over the issue.

I have been a customer of Berriwoods, now for over 10 years.

I trust now you will reciprocate with something, commensurate with my next order, for all the hassle you have engaged me in over a simple transaction.
