Mini Berry great at selling Minis

Mini Berry Chiswick - welcome to hell ! Really poor customer service when it comes to servicing and accident repairs. Can never get a call back. Just really hard work dealing with them. Contacted them since Dec 22 and still can't get through to them for an accident repair.

Wayne Berry their MD seems clueless to me, makes Boris Johnson look competent.

Really really bad customer service

Really really bad customer service. I booked my BMW for fault repair by phone, the customer services lady confirmed to me that my warranty with a 3rd party is acceptable. A day before my appointment another agent called me to confirm the appointment. And she informed me that they only repair cars under their own warrentty unless I am paying for it. (I later found out this was incorrect and I was able to book with Park Royal BMW dealer. The lady was also rude, argumentative. The whole experience was bad. I will never visit them again. It is shame they are representing BMW, which is a great brand.

Problems and lenghtly email exchanges…

Problems and lenghtly email exchanges with customer service member who caused unnecessary problems and issued multiple unjustified requests like a request to "provide a separate invoice for service pack" on £75k BMW when in fact the BMW was bought with a service pack and they can see it in their system. Also the prices are unbelievably high.

Won't be going back!!!

My daughter recently brought a car from this company. She paid top dollar, she purchased wheel/tyre cover and paint protection package with no concession. Then they strapped on a £175 'admin charge. She picked the car up in the middle of fuel delivery crisis. Before she arrived, she was told it had 28 miles in the tank. Her journey home was probably a slightly longer journey. I was with her and initially their attitude was hard luck and they even suggested that if she ran out of fuel, call Mini Connect and they would recover her. I then asked if the £175 admin charge included an allowance for fuel and they said yes it did. The next suggestion was for her to get fuel and get a receipt and they would 'try' and refund her. I think at this point they realised that we were not happy and then begrudgingly offered for her to follow someone from the company to a forecourt nearby by to get fuel. Having queued for over an hour they paid for her fuel. But to be honest if she hadn't really pushed it she'd have got nothing. Overall, what a fantastic experience having spent over £20k with them. Crowning glory, they cannot even fit numberplates properly, another indication of their attention to detail. The main issue in the motor trade currently is that it's a sellers’ market.

avoid at all costs!

Wow - this is a company that truly dosnt give a toss - i'd almost admire their complete f you attitude if i didnt end up severely out of pocket!

I went there for a factory recall issue to be sorted - i left the car in perfect working order and collected it with an abs fault - and a sheet telling me how much it would cost to fix - they do give you a nice video of them looking for other faults they then try to fleece you for but not the actual work they were supposed to carry out

oh and i took the car to my local garage afterwards and the work they were supposed to carry out they didnt

unless you have limitless cash and a spare car and would enjoy the spectacle of seeing a car dealership that would make Arthur Daley blush i'd avoid them

We had the most dreadful experience…

We had the most dreadful experience when we queried whether our fourth Mini from Berry Chiswick had actually had a Glasscoat spray that we paid £599 for. From March to August we battled and finally got our car back after a loan car cost us a fortune in parking. The whole experience has thoroughly turned us off the brand and we will never set foot in Berry Chiswick again.

Astoundingly awful

Astoundingly awful. My car went in for an MOT and came worse than it went in. Electrics not working then tried to charge me just to find out what they did before charging to me to fix it. No chance. The mangers knowledge and people skills is absolutely shocking, couldn’t be more patronising and condescending if he tried.

Great service from Berry BMW Chiswick

Great service from Berry BMW Chiswick. New i3 purchase was smooth and easy despite lockdown. Thank you Sam Ghalachyan (sales) and Melissa Harness (Bus Mgr) for an easy transaction and a great overall deal. Hope we can do business again.

Despicable and dishonourable

AVOID this dealership at all costs. I left my vehicle with them to carry out some recall works and when I came to collect it, I discovered that the bumper had sustained some damage on the nearside (photos can be found on Google reviews). The scumbag aftersales manager, David Coleman (with his initially deceivingly nice demeanour) tried everything he could to deny the garage was responsible and even told me "You cant prove we did it, we haven't accepted liability". I wasn't too surprised to expect corrupt behaviour like this from a person of this calibre.

Thankfully I had evidence of the vehicles condition prior to handover even though they conveniently "lost" the inspection sheet.

Not sure if they have some sort of employment programme for convicts. Just google "Michael Daniels Berry Chiswick".

Worst Experience Ever!!!!!!

Have bought many cars from main dealers but by far this has been the worst experience ever. I only pursued with the purchase of my new vehicle because the car I purchased was the model I was after and was in the right price bracket. It took almost a month to get the car from putting down the deposit. An appointment was booked to collect the car but was on a bank holiday!!!! The warranty is 10 days behind from the day of purchase and after many attempts, this has not been rectified so I need to email head office now to get this rectified. Overall the service has been completely dissatisfactory and will never recommend Berry BMW Chiswick. This is a brief version of the overall sales process. 1st month of owning the car, the car went into my local BMW branch for repairs 3 times.
If anyone is actually bothered about this feedback and wants to hear the overall feedback process, please respond to this and we can arrange for a call.

I will give them two stars instead of…

I will give them two stars instead of one because they will actually service your vehicle. That is if you can actually book it in to start with. Unfortunately for me, they are the only BMW dealer within walking distance or they would have been bye-bye years ago. Their phone system has not worked properly approx two years now with it intermittently ringing out to a dead extension. They routinely do not answer the phone even when the phone does work. Online bookings go unconfirmed. Their phone answering is so abysmal that I've actually driven there from my house to talk to the reception as that is faster than spending up to 2 hours calling them.

An absolutely appalling customer…

An absolutely appalling customer experience after purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

Unresponsive, unapologetic and woeful.

They promised to address a fault with a vehicle ahead of me confirming the purchase. Three months gone and still chasing them for a response and fulfilment.

This dealership brings shame to the BMW brand and heritage.

Avoid at all costs.

Terrible Customer service. Insult to the brand.

RE: My previous comment.

"Update. BMW Sytner Sunningdale suggested I speak to head office. I did, and a charming lady called Berry Chiswick to ask them to cover a subscription to BMW Connect Drive. The sales manager was adamant that it was not included, even though it is one BMW's great new features that helped sell the car. After reading him the riot act, and explaining that BMW gives each dealer a fund to cover disputes like this, it will be covered.

A real "Del Boy".

As of today, BMW Berry Chiswick has descended to the level of "taking the p..."

Even though instructed by BMW head office, I still haven't been refunded what is due.

If one goes to Google, Autotrader, and other review sites - Berry Chiswick has a plethora of negatives reviews - and they appear not to care.
