Please please be warned, berrylook is an indirect scam. See what the BBB has to say about them. The company is in China, you put an order they say will take 7-10 days delivery. They send you partial order two months after and have you wait for rest order for two more months. Intention, you give up your oder. Nowhere to report They are not accredited by BBB. Don't believe me? Shop with them and please come tell people the truth about your experience with them. Unless you order one item, less trouble.

WE ORDERED CLOTHES FOR £40.00 IN 2020 NEVER GOT THEM AND ALSO EMAIL WAS SENT TO THEM ON 2 OCCASIONS THE REPLY WAS THAT THERE IS A DELAY. WHEN WE REQUESTED OUR REFUND THEY NEVER REPLIED. I WILL BE GOING TO TRADING STANDARDS AND WATCH DOG HOPEFULLY THIS COMPANY WILL BE SHUT DOWN. I SUGGEST EVERYONE CONTACTS TRADING STANDARDS ASAP. BERRY LOOK YOU BETTER REFUND MY MONEY!!!

Purchased over 500.00 in clothing w/n months from this location, getting very close to the holidays and COVID-19 had me peeping on sites for gifts; everything arrived at a slow pace but at least it made it by the holidays.... I had decided after x-mas, I will purchase myself some outfits(2 pair of leggings and 2 blouses) great price for all 4 items loved my last orders sooo I just had to... LONG STORY SHORT Y'ALL... I didn't ever recieve that order I finally cancelled it and demanded w/ threats my complete refund after almost 4 months of waiting (very hard to find answers w/ this site)..I felt like I was ripped off No updates, No info about orders,No customer service ONLY EMAIL and it will take some time to get a reply..... ANYWAY Y'ALL, I COME TO FIND OUT (during my own investigation) my order was not even processed after ALL that time & it took almost 3wks. to get my refund from them 😒

Very Very bad quality. A scam company. Nothing ever looks like pictures.

Bought two coats in different sizes intending to send one back. They arrived in two weeks but with no returns label, no reply to my e mails.
The coats are of very poor quality, I bet a charity shop wouldn't be able to give them away.
I have read reviews where customers have paid £12 to return items but still not got a refund.

This has to be one of the worst websites I have ever used. Bought 11 tops (my mistake) as I was starting a new job. Received 5, then received another 3 which were not what I ordered (a shirt with ducks and one with shamrocks - so ugly I would never wear). Requested a refund, never heard back. The quality of the clothes is awful. I learned my lesson. If it seems to good to be true, it usually is. These 5 star reviews are a joke. This company is a fraud. I will stick to stores I know and trust from now on. I work hard for my money, and I feel like this company stole my money. WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO IF I COULD!!!!!

Berrylook deserves one star because the order takes so long to arrive and the sizes don't fit!!! It's ridiculous that you can't even return your orders...a complete waste of time...it makes no sense at all!!!

I ordered clothes last year, just as the pandemic started, the order took 8 weeks to arrive, which I understood could be the case, and with a pandemic, I was not in too much of a hurry as the order was a gift for my two daughters .. OMG! What a joke! Never have seen such RUBBISH Clothes all my life! I got an uneasy feeling when didn't see a " Returns slip" in with the clothes.. that is almost a year ago and to this day am still trying to get my money back then I did google about this company and I found their help which is Eightᶠₒᵤᵣ ᶠᵢᵥₑ ᶠᵢᵥₑ two one seven two 45 I contacted them and their customer team was awesome in helping to get the shipping on order Clothes are absolute GARBAGE, as is the Company! Please do not buy anything from this disgusting site I will never buy from them and consider suing them!

Berrylook is a complete scam.With companies like those, I just prefer to go to the store myself; because online scammers are everywhere.Shame on me for being gullible and believing blindly in an unknown company. Lesson learned.

This is a jock I ordered 4 dresses only 1 of them arrived and also it's so small it doesn't look like what they showing in their website I'm so disappointed and angry I paid £65,25 can someone help me I want to fully refund I'll send the dress back to them why they fooling people like that ,answer me if you are not scam if you are not a thieves if you are not a robber if you are not a liar if you are not a low life people if you are not disgusting if you are not sham less, sham on you stealing people's money for rubbish design for showing different dresses for fooling people with your stupid scam website so answer if you are not scared.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The clothing is beyond cheap, small (even though we ordered 2 sizes up from our normal sizes), and impossible to return. This company is a scam, posing as a real company. Don't shop its website!

BerryLook is the worst experience I’ve had ever shopping online. Their products are very poor quality, worth even less than the low prices they have. The customer service is nonexistent since they don’t provide refunds for damaged or non-arrived goods. Don’t ever use them!!
