Outstanding service as ever from Berry's Coaches. Comfortable seats, good service from booking to arrival home, reliable and a lot cheaper than the train!! If you support a London football team then Berry's will save you hundreds over a season.

For the outward journey, a replacement coach picked us all up on time and delivered us to Hammersmith in good time

A really relaxing way of travelling to London and back stress free

I have been using this service for 30 plus years on and off. Always helpful and able to change journey at short notice. Heather and Trevor always have a smile on a Sunday when I travel back to London from the West Country, and Andy is also really helpful. Lovely to have onboard coffee and snacks too!
My only criticism would be the toilets are easily blocked, and the coaches could sometimes do with a deep clean. Apart from that, an excellent service all round!

Great service. Reasonable prices and really reliable (plus they will wait a few minutes for stragglers if someone is a tiny bit delayed: unlike other companies). Friendly staff too.

Berry’s coaches are punctual on arrivals and departures. Booking is simple online with easy changes if needed. The coach seats are very comfortable with excellent service throughout. Drivers are very competent on the roads. I can always rely on Berry’s coaches to get me to London on time.

Other than a slight hiccough in issuing the ticket, the actual journey was comfortable and arrived in Wincanton almost on time, despite having to leave Hammersmith a little late and (perhaps normal) traffic at the start. A prompt arrival is important to me to catch the local bus home which leaves only 20 minutes after your scheduled arrival. The next and last local bus requires a stay of almost 2 hours in less than entrancing Wincanton (sorry !).

Friendly and helpful staff. Very good at diverting when necessary. Would recommend.

On time, clean & comfortable coach, seat numbers as requested, courteous staff on board, refreshments, good view of the countryside on route. - a really pleasurable experience.
I now always travel by Berry's if I am going up to London for the day. Hammersmith underground gives easy and quick access to many parts of the Capital and the coach gets into Hammersmith at a very reasonable hour, giving ample time to visit places of interest before the early evening return journey.
I highly recommend Berry's Coaches to everyone.
