Easy to book online, super helpful staff when you need to talk to them, convenient free parking at pick up point, friendly and efficient staff on board, reliably great service - well done!

very good service staff were great and looked after us well I asked for a seat with leg space and was the drivers were very professional the coach we came home on was a little bit tired but that did not take away our time with berrys

Great friendly staff. Service efficient and running on time. Only drawback is that the coach was full and the seats felt very cramped.

Staff were lovely. Shame the usb charging ports weren’t working as deffo needed them. Had premium seats but on way home on newer coach we didn’t feel that we had as much legroom as the older outbound coach?

We used Berrys Coaches for our week long school ski trip to France where we had the company of the two Berrys drivers, Christian and Bogdan. The coach was in excellent condition but what was phenomenal was the two drivers themselves. From the start they were chatty and jovial and clearly knowledgeable about driving to Europe. They were also so accommodating, even letting our pupil request songs for the journey back that they made into a playlist and transporting a pupils to hospital when we could not get a taxi when in France. They also got us to the France ferry terminal 2hrs earlier than planned. It was honestly such a pleasure to have them with us on our trip and we are very grateful to them and Berrys coaches who we would happily use again.

Coped very well in difficult driving conditions. Staff kept us fully informed as weather conditions made the journey back from London challenging.

A very reliable service. We are lucky to have Berry's, especially when train service is so unpredictable now. Friendly drivers and helpful couriers. The seat numbers are a bit haphazard but as a very regular traveller, I'm used to that now! Liz

On my journey to London, there was no WiFi available for passengers. And on my return journey the coach seating was very uncomfortable, as there wasn't much space between rows of seats. We have been using your service for many years and have never had cause to complain before, but I guess we have never been on that particular bus before??

The buses were on time and the young man was very attentive on the trip to London. The steward on the return journey was a bit abrupt. The seat belts were difficult to pull through, caught on attachment at the top of the seat.

Really comfortable coach, fast prompt journey time only fault no refreshments available but that was a minor thing compared with the saving over a train journey cost. Will definitely use again.

Such a fantastic service. Spotlessly clean Coach, fabulous staff and all on time too, why would you take the train????
