Cake design was not professional
Cake design was not professional. There is not smaller size of some of the cakes and people have to buy the only big and pricy size.

Amazing cheesecakes
The cheesecakes were perfect for large birthday parties. The blueberry brownie cake was particularly delicious. The cakes are well packed and travel well.
Only thing I would suggest is to allow cakes to be picked up at other locations than the one in central CPH.

Unprofessional staff
The cake was ok but when I arrived to pickup the cake for my birthday, the store was closed (during open hours). spent a long time waiting outside in the rain. I called them many times but they didn’t pickup the call. I spent a stressful time outside waiting for some luck because I have no other choice and it was my birthday day. Of course I will never again order a birthday cake from there.

TRAUMA
First of all, I was served a very dry cake which was most likely a few days old! Second of all, their section upstairs smelled like a rotten corpse! Third of all, I couldn't fit in their toilet! There's barely space for 1/2 person. Instead of traumatizing your senses with bad food and horrible smells for 60 kr, go bake yourself a nice cake or something and stay at home with your children.
