I've bought a Besen type 2 charging cable. After a few years I couldn't charge with it (most probably a wire is broken). I have several other cables, and their connectors can be easily removed and disassembled as screws are holding them together. Besen decided to use glue instead, and they refuse to tell me how could I open or remove the connectors. This is not just unprofessional, but also very unfriendly to the environment. My only option is to buy a new cable (with a little discount) and I am left with several kilograms of dangerous, electronic waste. I think the EU should not allow such products to be marketed and distributed in 2024, in such an unethical way.

Low quality products and service. I have had Besen charger for some time now. There was a problem in the beginning when the product arrived and I contacted their customer service. Customer service works unprofessionally and instead of finding solutions it keeps blaming the customer. This is chinese standard customer service. They are not willing to offer refund on deficit product or replace the product. I can't recommend chinese Besen to anyone.
