BESIDE AI scam

After signing up with my credit card, email, phone number, and website, the system would not let me access my account. Multiple attempts to speak to a customer service representative were met with an "AI on repeat" telling me the same steps over and over ( which didn't help because I had to be in the account for those steps to work) I was unable to log in no matter what and over and over just kept being told a human would get back to me the next day. So far, no one has, and the chatbot keeps shutting off after they tell me this. SCAM.
