This company are no more than scamming crooks , that is the only way to describe them . Never answer the phone , was told on chat that they were getting a new warehouse ready and all staff there, RUBBISH. owed me £1000 deposit from mid march, was told by a youth called TJ was handling it , nothing arrived, apparently on holiday in Mexico !!! After weeks of trying and getting nowhere , I finally got a community police officer , who visits the complex where I lived , involved . He managed to eventually speak to TJ who kept blaming the bank for the delay . Minutes after speaking to him , David , the manager rang the officer and asked him why was he harassing his staff , after asking officer his full name and badge number manager finally agreed to speak to him , as usual excuses for everything . The police officer must have put the wind up them because finally after weeks of no returned messages , no calls answered , I got my £1000 back in 2 days . Anyone who tells me or thinks that this company are legit need to wake up and have nothing to do with these people. .

THEY CALLED OUR COMPANY AND ASKED IF THEY COULD DO A SALES PITCH . I AGRRED TO THIS GOT THE DATE FOR 25/3/26 11:35. GOT ALL MY RESIDENTS DOWN TO THE LOUNGE AND NO SHOW FROM THEM NOT EVEN A CALL !!! NOTHING NO EMAIL . I EMAILED THE NEXT DAY TODAY 26/3/26 THEY HAD READ EMAIL AND DECIDED TO CALL ME HAD OFFERED TO COME BACK IN I REFUSED AS MADE ME LOOK A RIGHT IDIOT . STRAWHILL COURT GLASGOW FIRSTPORT .

Well I ordered a riser/reclinen chair, the colour was light grey which they call mole but they gave me a dark green instead. I paid them £1000 upfront with payments over 11 months, on the first payment they took not once but twice? I confronted them about it and they did return one payment, but honestly i will never trade with them ever again.

NEVER had such a bad experience as Bespoke healthcare products Lancashire........diabolical in fact! firstly charged my mum of 92 years £3550 for a 4 foot by 6 foot bed that was in my humble opinion not worth it by any means & to be delivered in approximately 6-8 weeks.but did give her £200 for her old bed that was a sweetener I assume?.it took almost 3 months to actually arrive. with absolutely no apologies for extreme delivery delay. Tried on MANY occasions to call them on their landline number without success and told to leave message and they would call back......NOT ONCE DID THEY...(try calling you will see)...Then e-mailed them with NO reply at all again EVER
I did actually get through on someone's "mobile" number BUT ONLY ONCE & was promised bed was to be delivered a week later.....lied to there as well........no bed arrived any EVERY time I rang mobile again ....straight to voicemail....not taking calls,,,,gggrrrrr!...please,please,please,avoid Bespoke like the plague!....you have been warned
