Very pleased with our garden furniture bought from Joe. We subsequently had a small issue which was excellently dealt with by Dean - who was polite, friendly, professional and helpful - and quickly sorted the problem.

Had a delivery by Joe from Bespoke Nurseries and very pleased with my table and chair's, very polite and even set it up for me on my patio . Perfect size as well. Overall quality of furniture is excellent.

A complete scammer who will feed you a sob story about his local factory having to close this year and neighbours down the road suggesting he knocked on your door, as he was delivering your order. It is all lies. He claims to have exhibited at Chelsea flower show and New Forest show ( but not this year), and had awards, again all lies. They have goods in van and will show you a well worn catalogue showing how much discount they are giving you. They only take Bank Tx on the spot and give you an invoice afterwards, small print “all sales final, no refunds or exchanges”. Simply type “teak garden furniture” into google and you will find the same products at half the price on numerous sites, all imported, not made in his imaginary local factory. I am just doing a report / complaint for “trading standards” to investigate. They can also be found on trustpilot under .co.uk, but changed their website to .com.

Update - Now over 2 months on and no response to my emails, contact number never answered and they never call back. Now discovered the VAT number on their invoice is false and does not exist. The registered company address on the invoice is false and does not exist. A complete disgrace and a scammer.
