The whole process of assessing the property to installation of panels was incredibly straight forward. The staff were all knowledgeable, friendly , always on time. Work done with no mess/ fuss.Initially purchased solar panels only. After 6 months now having a battery added to the system. Producing far more energy than quoted at the start.

Wonderful experience from sales through to fitting and support. Everyone from James in sales, then chatting with the director through to Lucy in support were knowledgable and helpful. The Fox app is great and getting the export tariff with Octopus was really easy. Looking forward to adding a battery later. Thsnk you all.

We recently had Solar panels and battery installed for which we were very satisfied with.The workmen were plesant and efficient.They left everything tidy before they left.

From the very first interaction with Bespoke Solutions NE Ltd, to the installation of the solar system, we have been extremely impressed. Mike gave a thorough explanation of planned install, then once we agreed to proceed, within a couple of days we had an in-depth survey, and a week or so later, the lads came and installed the whole system (six panels, inverter and associated cabling/equipment) within an incredible two hours!! Follow up from Andrea has been spot-on too.
So far the system seems to be producing decent amount of power. May look at a battery storage next!!

Very quick and mess free installation. The installation was done within a couple of hours and a full system over view and app instructions explained. The after service also very good as when I hadn’t received my invoice it was found it had gone into my spam folder so this was resent and no further issues. Also fully informed about the notifications to my supplier and my network provider.

Initially arranged for solar panels to be fitted earlier this year. Friendly down to earth service - very efficient. The product is great and works very well so recently added on a battery. The service was again very good and the product is great.

From the very start everything was so easy.
Michael the salesman us talked through the procedure, without any pressure.
We agreed that we would have 6 panels.
The day came for the panels to be installed. The team arrived on time and worked quickly to install the panels.
They showed us how to use the app. and we were making our own electricity.
We are so pleased that we chose Bospoke and would highly recommend them

having had a number of attempts to find a supplier of solar panels, this was an impressive efficient response with explanations as to what was needed. The installation itself completed in a few hours, no mess and the follow up from Admin in providing certificates and further explanations prompt and supportive for someone who is finding technology and the internet increasingly difficult to navigate.

The installers (Chris & 2 others) totally professional, timeframe was so quick. Andrea the Manager was so efficient and helpful, gave us exactly what we need.

Such as, all documents required to be able to sell excess energy to the grid. No MCS cert is required I am still receiving at least 15p per kWh from Octopus as advised by Bespoke. Brilliant!
