SCAM SCAM SCAM
If I could score zero I would. This company is a SCAM. They take your money and tell you they need more money to secure your ticket (which is crazy??) and that they’re going to give you your e-tickets asap. When they don’t and you request a refund, they take days of making you constantly chase them on a simple email to confirm your refund. Both Shibrul and Amir (if that even are their real names) are extremely frustrating individuals to speak to and they have lied on multiple occasions that we will “definitely” receive our ticket/refund in a timeframe that keeps changing every time you call back to query why it hasn’t come yet. Extremely disappointing service, will be reporting this company as fraud to my bank. Disgusting behaviour. Don’t ever book with this disgusting company.

I booked flights with BestAirfare on Saturday over the phone and paid £2,600. I was told I’d receive my confirmation email shortly but nothing ever arrived. I called back and was told it could take up to 24 hours. Fine, I waited.
By Sunday afternoon, still no confirmation. I called again and was reassured I’d receive it by Monday morning. Guess what? Monday came still nothing. At this point, I was extremely concerned. I’d just paid thousands of pounds and had absolutely no proof of my booking.
When I called again, I was told a “manager” would call me back to discuss my confirmation email something that should be automatically sent after any flight purchase. The so called manager finally called, only to tell me that if I wanted to keep my flights, I now needed to pay an extra £1,100, because they’d supposedly been “notified by Turkish Airlines” that the return ticket was no longer available.
I immediately knew something was off how do you take money for flights that clearly haven’t even been booked? When I challenged him and mentioned I’d seen hundreds of identical complaints on Trustpilot, he became defensive and rude. The moment I called him out, he said “fine, you can have your refund” and hung up on me.
This is not a legitimate travel agency. They lure people in with fake prices, take your money, then demand more later under made up excuses. After reading reviews, I realized this is a common scam tactic they use on multiple customers.
How is this company still operating? How are they allowed to continue taking people’s hard-earned money with zero accountability? Please avoid BestAirfare at all costs they are dishonest, manipulative, and unprofessional. I’m now fighting to get my money back and reporting them to Action Fraud and my bank.
