Very disappointed - I placed and order on line through this vendor's website for 2 Panasonic TVs;
Money was debited from my account.
No confirmation or other email was received and so after 4 days I sent an email to the help@ address;
I received a reply to say my order had been declined due to their fraud procedure - with no explaination of what this meant.
Funds were refunded to my account - but had I not chased this up I would not have any idea of the progress or lack of it with my purchase.

I wonder if the vendor did not have the stock they were advertising on their site?

My experience with BestAV was wholly positive. Theirs was the best price for the item, delivery was free, the order was processed immediately and the item arrived within 2 days. New stock, sealed, brand new and fully working. Their communications to me were regular and clear and kept me updated throughout. You can't ask for more than that. Due to the annual changing of TV models, I was really struggling to find a specific TV but with the help of Emma, I managed to get a brand new model of the TV I wanted rather than a used or damages for a really great price. Plus it came with a great warranty!

Great company and service. Ordered a Samsung 82 Inch TV and Soundbar and was given a price which beat all other retailers.

Obviously, when spending that amount of money, I like to do research, compare prices and companies. BestAVDeals.co.uk were the best overall deal I could find - and they delivered within 24 hours (I am local to their warehouse). They are also accredited by Samsung (linked via "where to purchase" on Samsung.co.uk) which helped with my reassurance as I was not aware of them previously, and they are not your typical high street store (which is why I suppose they can keep their prices low) .

Emma was fantastic, offered a further discount for me and kept me up to date of my order status - and didn't mind me asking lots of questions before I handed over my hard earned cash.

A happy customer indeed and will use again.

Delivered a VERY EXPENSIVE (faulty) TV which they eventually replaced after some to and fro.
Stupidly, I didn't check the replacement until I was ready to connect it up another couple of weeks later - which meant it was around 30 days since my original purchase. I then found that the replacement had a damaged screen, which appears to have been caused when they delivered it and switched the boxes with the first one.
Due to their delay in replacing the first, and my not checking the replacement quickly enough, they're now saying that as it's over 30 days they're not going to replace it, even though it's clear that they damaged it due to my Wife seeing that one of the delivery guys wasn't strong enough to pick up the TV correctly!

Phoned up for a Samsung QLED Tv this morning and got offered a better price than they had on their website, and it'll be delivered this week!

We purchased a Yamaha amp July 2016 along with a QED HDMI cable which sequentially developed a fault.

My wife emailed and the response said "This sounds like a faulty lead. Unfortunately as you’ve had the goods over 6 months we are no longer able to offer you a replacement"

Well for the sake of a £9.99 lead we will not use this company again or bother recommending them to anyone else!

I bought a tv from bestavdeals online.
I was impressed by how much knowledge Ben had when helping me choose my Tv.
I didnt feel pressurised and Ben was very good in recommending my TV, even though it was cheaper.
The tv came fast and i would definately recommend bestavdeals.
The company is based in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
At a time when customer service is getting less and less it was a great change.
