WARNING ALL THESE REVIEWS ARE FICTITIOUS!!!!!!!

I booked a flight though their website as I payed using my card locked in the price .I received no confirmation number ,I had to call once I got on the phone with a Mark who clearly had a middle eastern accent ,I proceeded to ask for my confirmation number which he then told me to hold he needs to call the airline .After Mark got back on the phone he said that the airline did not have anymore available seats for the promotion.I was flying round trip but he said for an additional cost you can fly and get a regular seat .So the price I paid was around $389.00 ,He wanted to charge me an additional 175 each way .Thats over 700 dollars .It would of been less if I just booked through the airline itself. After getting names I called the airline directly and asked if they had me as Mark explained on stand by . The airline said that I’m not even in their system nor does my name even appear on their stand by list .So I called my card company gave them all the information and charges were revered I disputed it and my money was refunded.People DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM .What they do is is advertise these fake prices which I assume is their fees then when you call they will try and get you to pay the regular fee which lands up being double the price .

I was served by the travel agent Ruby, she was extremely kind and very helpful. Couldn’t recommend more :)

Does it ring any warning bells that all the good reviews mention Ruby or Millie as the consultant. I have had to ring this company many times in the last few days and I spoke to Harry, James, Jodie, Francis and Michael. None of them helped me.
I booked and then had to try to change my ticket due to having shingles - a very painful condition.
It is not fun to try to get help from this company. And they did not help me to either get a credit or to change my ticket despite having a medical certificate that stated I could not fly.
Save your sanity and your money and stay away from this company.

THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT. DO NOT USE THEM. CHARGED MY CARD FOR 2 TICKETS AND DIDNT GIVE ME TICKETS. I HAVE BEEN CHASING THE PROBLEM SINCE THE 7TH OF MARCH AND STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM. DO NOT BELIEVE THE SAVINGS AND BEST PRICE EITHER ITS A SCAM.

They took our money we paid for the airlines and did NOT pay the airlines. We rang them over 10 times. They are based in Delhi and are thieves and SCAMMERS

Steve is very helpful and easy to understand my requirement for booking my air ticket .
