Total waste of time. I’ve been looking the away top of Man Utd in 4xl all season. Then I noticed this website BestSoccerStore. If ever a shop title is misleading then this is it. I paid for and ordered my top happy at last to get my away top. Happy until it arrived, on trying it on I found that although the top said 4xl it measured roughly the same as a 2xl. On contacting customer service, there ensued a long back and forth email chain of excuses then I had to send photos of me trying it on. All for them to try and sell me some other top as long as I paid them more money. I could write on for a long time on how unhelpful there customer service is but, that won’t help you or my mental health. Save yourself the heartache and trouble as well as the money, pass this site as you would a pile of dung, because they’re both a pile of crap.

I ordered 2 jerseys and 2 youth kits on December 6th only to realize that I ordered a shirt my son was already getting as a gift. I reached out to customer service with a request to change the jersey with a customization. They were responsive and extremely helpful in a timely manner throughout the whole process. They didn’t make any promises but said they would try to get my order here in time for Christmas. The order was delivered Christmas Eve!!! The quality is great and my kids loved their new Jerseys.

They didn’t have my size after confirming my order and when I said I wanted a refund they tried to sell me other products multiple times before they would listen to me and refund me.

On top of that they send me a promotional text and it says STOP to unsubscribe so I type STOP.

End up getting another text from these scum after typing STOP, this time it says email them to unsubscribe but they don’t provide an email.

Email them through email I had to get a refund from and eventually they say ok to stopping texts.

I still receive text from these scum and have emailed them on multiple occasions and blocked them every time yet they still text me.

Stay faaaaaaaaaaar away from these scum losers, not worth anyones time.

I ordered my package over 2 months ago. Never received it. Fairly certain that this is a scam website

Was skeptical at first, but to be honest, they always replied to emails and the quality of the shirts for the price is honestly quite good. Was worried about shipping based on comments I read but my order arrived 16 days after purchase date (paid for express shipping). Will buy again.

They are a scam, i have order jerseys worth $150 USD but never got shipped and they have been only sending fake tracking numbers , Stay away from this website. Sent multiple emails to them but same response with fake tracking numbers and the same lies that its been shipped.

I ordered a shirt for my grandson in October. In November they told me it was delivered in CANADA. I'm in California. Now it's in Micronesia. Don't trust their shipping or tracking

I have bought a total of five jerseys from Bestsoccerstore. All of them have been beautiful. The tracking website displays accurate location and the service is usually very good. Will buy from again and recommend.

I ordered 2 full kits, both customized one with my name and one with different patches, and I claimed the free jersey as well. I ordered end of July to Austria, and the order arrived mid-September. So the order took around 1,5 months to arrive. The wait was definitely worth it. High quality Jerseys for a great price. Even the patches and custom name print look great. Soccer apparel has gotten so pricey nowadays, so I am very satisfied with my order and I will order again.

This is the worst place i have tried to get some football shirts. I payd the order 16th august. After 8 day No shipping info. Nothing. The 9th day i got reply. There was something wrong with the product. Then i again asked for update info 4 days later. The next excuse was missing 7 digit tax number. They got all they needed. Do never buy again here anyone. Terrible unserius Company. More update : tried to explaine the issue, and want a solution, results was they blocked my E-mail.
