The owner does not respond to e-mails, takes your money and runs good job I used a creditcard

Ordered an Ultrasonic Cleaner from a company called Balley. Beware, company purports to be UK based. Item arrived and was not the item shown, different from the one advertised (cheaper model) They ask you to complete a form for a return which was not compatible on my phone to complete but got there in the end. I had to email and chase several times to keep my request for a refund moving. Finally they provided a return address which was in China. This would now cost me nearly as much to return as I paid for the item. There was nothing on their web page to say it was from China, infact it provided a town and UK postcode. This company is not all it makes out to be, and has been advertising across social media in the same way.

Good advice given over the phone. Web site easy to use and goods delivered within 3 days.

I can't even give these people a star but have to to submit the rating! I ordered around Christmas time and didn't receive my cleaner. So I then rang the man in charge who said he's send another one. Three months later and having e mailed him also, I have paid but received nothing!

Ordered a Ultrasonic cleaner type 7000 but was sent a cheaper 6050 version. Will not use this company again.
