Very friendly people to deal with; extremely helpful!

I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star. I just had the worst customer service experience of my life…rude chat employee who could’ve easily made the experience positive and didn’t. Beware if you have to chat with any issues. Not responsive or positive at all. Will never order from them again.

I bought a hairpiece for $199.33 and when I returned it they kept $57.89. I took the product out of the package and the color was wrong so I repackaged it to return. When I asked why I was only refunded $141.44 the rude customer service person said it had a "used odor." This is ridiculous since I never even tried the product on and I don't smoke. I suspect they do this to everyone since it was not based on anything true or provable.

Best Wig Outlet advertises free shipping, but if you return a product they will subtract a shipping fee (in my case $12.99) from the amount they refund your card. Additionally, they don't provide a return label. I went to FedEx and it cost another $30.00 to return it.

I don't know how such a horribly run company is still in business.

I recently bought the Always by Raquel Welch and I love it! The quality even though it's a synthetic blows my mind. Highly recommend!

Amazing selection and customer service was great! I had trouble with finding a good wig for men, but this company really made it easy for me to find the right one. I got Classic by HIM about 3 months ago and I love it. I am thinking about getting Reserved next and I can't wait!

Very difficult to return unwanted item.
Tried filling in return form but would not let me submit as they wanted details of why I was returning the wig even though I did state why in a allotted space but still asked for more but nowhere to write anything.

If you noticed photos of the wigs' hair color are limited. They only show you a small patch of hair. The wig was way too bright and I ended up returning it to exchange for the SAME wig in a different color. The exchange policy stated that I would pay for shipping costs, which is ok.. imagine my surprise when I was billed $65.. If I had chosen this wig, the price would be the same. But for a replacement, they did not honor the discount for a $200+ order. At this point, I paid $220 for a $150 wig and still haven't gotten it. It will not arrive in time because after 3 days it is not shipped although the label was created. The funny thing I should mention is that I paid $8.8 at USPS to send the wig back.. and they charged me $13 for the same service with USPS. .. my husband will now have to pay another $50 to ship it overseas for me.
It brings us to a total of $270 for a wig I haven't seen or touched:)
Returning/exchanging IS A HASSLE and will cost more than just shipping

Terrible customer service - They make up whatever they can so you never get a full refund regardless of returning your product as per their instructions in perfect condition - you also pay for the shipping when returning. All and all I lost over $60 and I already had purchased 4 wigs from this company .

I had a fabulous experience! Ordered a Raquel Welch wig on a Sunday and received it by the next Monday. BEST wig I've bought to date. AMAZING QUALITY and I will definitely buy more from them! Thank u for the great deal and quality product.

Best wig Outlet horrible company I have been wearing wigs since 2006 I know how to return a wig I tried to return Big splendor by Raquel Welch... I wanted to exchange it for another wig I did everything they said to return it they stated I did all this stuff to the wig like I had thrown
it down the commode refuse to only give me $70 credit wig was $268 ..I took it to my credit card company and I won the dispute with Citi card now today I received a letter stating they've been trying to reach me and they will turn me into collections ..What a company by the way I have ordered I think at least seven wigs from this company and this is the way I was treated never again

The shipping address I provided is different from my billing address as I have two homes. They refused to process order unless I called and confirmed shipping address. I shop solely online and have never had this happen with any other company. Communication was unprofessional as well. I canceled my order.

Fraudulent activity! Scammers, do yourself a favor and buy from a reputable company.

ZERO STARS. I was sent two incorrect items and they will not exchange or return. Both are unopened in the box. Their return and exchange policy is ridiculous, especially because this was their mistake!

Terrible customer service. When asked about shipping to an European country the dry reply was 'there's nothing we can do'. At least an explanation could be given. This sounded like whoever answered just didn't want to bother with me.

There is literally no difference in shipping to the other neighbouring countries they ship to.

It seems they don't care about potential customers at all.

I received wig, no style what so ever, just laying in the little round card board inside box, had 2 hair pins on card board but not attached to wig. I put wig up to my face & color did not look good for my complexion. emailed for RMA #, which you have to have for returns, took about days to get #. They said wig smelled & had to be cleaned, I never even tried it on, IWILL NEVER BUY ANTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. Cost around $50.00 by the time paid postage to & from, restocking fee, & cleaning fee. I've bought from this co before& never had a problem, they never wanted to listen. I HOPE YOU HAVE BETTER EXPERIENCE THAN I DID

I was not sure if I should order from BWO based on reviews, but I decided to take the chance.

I had an issue with what I ordered and I was immediately offered an exchange. Their customer service went above and beyond in assisting me with my issue. I would definitely order from them again.

The wig I bought for $160.65 looked terrible so I sent it back. It cost me $35 to ship it back. Then they charged me $24.10 for a restocking fee, $5.00 for style/cleaning fee when all I did was look at the ugly thing, and then another $11.99 for them to have shipped it to me in the first place, which was suppose to be free shipping. I don't expect to be charged for you to ship it to me when I order it with free shipping. This company must make a killing from unhappy customers who made the mistake of buying from these rip off artist. DON'T BUY!!!!

The wig I ordered' Gabor Trend Alert, was suppose to be rooted. The one I received is not which I didn't realize until I tried it on and of course played with the zig zag part that all these wigs come with. Apparently this is how they can tell that you tried it on. They say " brushing or combing a wig changes the texture and fibers. The change is easily detectable by the RMA dept." If they detect that they will charge a 75% restocking fee plus the return shipping charges! WHAT? How is someone suppose to know if the wig will work for them if they can't try it on?? So, I guess I am out $205.37. I just started my wig journey and planned on buying at least 3 wigs. They will not be from this company!!!! Beware of Bestwigs.com ridiculous and unrealistic return policy!

The hairpiece is MUCH smaller than picture and description. It is so tangled that there is no way it can be used. It is a piece of junk.

Raquel Welch wigs are stylish.
I am satisfied with the quality.
It looks quite natural.
