Missed estimate by 20%

A workman put several holes in our dual pane window. I called Best Windows of Henderson, Nv for a quote with the exact size and type of window. Their quote was $280 installed and the workman's company paid me that amount. Best came out to measure (their measurement was even slightly small than mine) and called back with a price of $338. They missed their estimate by 20%. That's either very poor business practice or bate and switch. In either case I would avoid this company. Loren Wilcox 8.20/18
