Very dodgy.

I recently deposited £20 into my account.

However I noticed 2 transaction have been taken from my Barclays account of £20 each meaning I have been double charged . (Transaction numbers are in sequence from the merchant) Barclays are awful because it’s a gaming account and bet at home are denying it . Saying they only have £20 . If you use them check your bank balances as they are con artists

This book just closed my account without any information, When I wanted to log into my account I noticed that my account is locked. I asked support what happened to my account and they said
"It's closed Due to irregularities with your documents"
I made deposit of 500GBP in total and after loosing half of it, I made back my deposit with 450GBP profit.
Then they just closed my account with 950GBP balance.
This is pure scam policy

If I could give zero I would. Not only does this site have some shockingly low odds it also take a long time for any winning bets to be paid out. On top of this they have a strange first goal scorer rule that even if the player is on the bench and a goal goes in the bet is void, this is the only site I have ever seen this to be the case. With the amount of very good competition out there for betting they are very, very behind. I will close my account and steer everyone I can away from them.

Seemed to be decent once, but turned out to do everything for not paying you off. The "support" does not deserve its name (unwilling to support you anyhow answering anything you ask in one sentence and just denying without any effort of explaination).

This is my go to sports betting and casino site. I can honestly say I've not once had any problem withdrawing money or any bad experience. It would be even better if they had horse racing and some more providers in the casino section. Apart from that all good.

Deposited and tried to withdraw, they told me it was a requirement that I MUST wager it before withdrawing my funds (which isn't true, they have a legal obligation to give your money back from your account, as per the gambling commission website: "Players must not be made to meet wagering requirements before they can withdraw money from their deposit balance").

Eventually they acknowledged this and let my withdrawal go through, but they then immediately closed my account. They're flat out liars, best to avoid.

Had 12 fold football accum with 11 selections won with one to go next day.
No cash out offered at all which is just disgraceful and then when team I had was winning 1-0 I deposited £150 to cover the draw and other team to win and to my amazement they wouldn’t accept my bets and then the live betting for the match totally disappeared.
I checked other online betting sites and they all still had live betting on the match. About 10 minutes later the other team equalised and Within 30 secs the live betting appeared again.???
With the odds coming down I was unable to cover my bet at all to make any real profit and my bet went down.
Left me very angry that they can play tricks on punters like this.
When I quizzed them in chat service they told me they had a technical issue and that it amazingly resolved it’s self after the equalising goal hahahahahahahahhahahahahahaha what a joke!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Terrible service from customer services and Charlotte from complaints was equally bad. Never even placed a bet and asked to withdraw and they charged me a pound. I was playing twister on the poker software and i managed in two days and 2 nights to create a bankroll from 20 euros to 800.
